AdminOLT focuses on OLT provisioning and basic ONU management — it does not monitor switches, uplinks, or aggregation layers. NetSense monitors your entire FTTH network: OLTs, PON ports, ONUs, switches, SFPs, and uplinks in a single platform. When a switch port goes down between your OLT and core router, AdminOLT does not see it. NetSense catches it in 30 seconds.

AdminOLT sends basic event notifications when ONU status changes. Correlate CPE issues with OLT-side data in one platform. AdminOLT has no TR-069 capability, so ISPs need a separate ACS solution for CPE management, creating monitoring silos.
