Supported vendors and models
NetSense monitors multi-vendor FTTH networks out of the box: 20+ OLT vendors, 13+ switch and router brands, and BNGs from Huawei, Nokia and MikroTik. Each vendor has its own polling template tuned for accurate health, optical signal and performance data.

Monitored across all of them: port status and utilization, traffic, errors and discards, and SFP/optical diagnostics; OLTs additionally get PON and per-ONU monitoring.
BNG vendors
Section titled “BNG vendors”Add these as the BNG device type, which has its own polling for the subscriber base: active sessions over time, sessions per VLAN, PPPoE and IPoE usernames, and per-session traffic as history or a live view.

Some vendors use proprietary MIBs; if so, we will ask you to request them from the vendor
first. Contact us or raise it with support, sharing the
device model and firmware version (display version / show version output helps).
